Welcome to GOLF 4 LIFE 2024, “Where We Inspire Stroke Survivors on their Healing Journey.” This amazing event takes place on September 18th at the Los Lagos Golf Course. We have two special events taking place:

• 9-Hole Golf Challenge 9:00 am-1:30 pm, for Event Sponsors
• Stroke Survivors & Exhibitors Event 9:30 am-1:30 pm,

STROKE SURVIVORS can enjoy either a 1-on-1 lesson with a PGA teaching Pro, play 3-Holes of golf, the Putting Challenge, or explore the exhibit area.

EXPLORE and visit over 22 exhibitors to learn more about stroke technology, healthcare services, and meet the amazing healthcare providers.

BE INSPIRED by our keynote speaker and listen to Stories of Stroke Rehabilitation from over 250+ attendees.

Champion the Challenges invites a special speaker to share their stroke story with our event attendees each year.

This year, Sofia and her husband, JP, will share their incredible story. We are confident you will be inspired by how these young newlyweds persevered while traveling on their honeymoon when

Sofia experienced an ischemic stroke. They will share their story during lunch, followed by a short question-and-answer period with the audience.
