Homestretch Neuro PT is a private, concierge physical therapy service designed to help you break free from standard physical therapy and tap into the last stretch of your recovery. Your physical therapy will take place in the comfort of your home, with 1-on-1 care to specialize your experience. Our goal is to create opportunities for adults with neurologic injuries to discover movement beyond day-to-day living and find more freedom in life.

ORION Physical Therapy has been providing skilled physical therapy for neurologic and orthopedic injuries since 2001, tailoring your physical therapy to your individual needs in the comfort of your own home or office. Kyle Smith, founder and president, is a licensed physical therapist, certified athletic trainer and member of the American Physical Therapy Association, National Athletic Trainers Association, California Physical Therapy Association, and California Athletic Trainers Association. He holds advanced certifications from Neurorecovery Unlimited as a Certified Stroke Recovery Specialist, and from the International Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Association as a level 3b Instructor.
