Homestretch Neuro PT is a private, concierge physical therapy service designed to help you break free from standard physical therapy and tap into the last stretch of your recovery. Your physical therapy will take place in the comfort of your home, with 1-on-1 care to specialize your experience. Our goal is to create opportunities for adults with neurologic injuries to discover movement beyond day-to-day living and find more freedom in life.

ORION Physical Therapy has provided skilled treatment for orthopedic and neurological injuries or illness since 2001. Kyle Smith, founder and president of ORION Physical Therapy, is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), a Propriceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) 3b instructor, a member of the International PNF Association (IPNFA), and a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist.
